I'm a mother of two daughters - 16 and 20 years old. I keep very busy with a variety of volunteer activities including serving on the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Iowa Executive Committee, Iowa's Mental Health Planning Council, Iowa's Empowerment Conference Planning Committee, and teach classes about mental illness to people in my community.

I keep pretty busy, but being an Avon Representative gives me an opportunity to do something just for me that I not only enjoy doing, but I can also make money at. I sold Avon many years ago and fell in love with the products. However, life got hectic and I decided to take a break. Now that my kids are older I've became a representative again.
